The T-Brothers are proud to manufacture all their cabinets in New Zealand according to stringent standards, using in-house, top-of-the-range cutting and fabricating technology. This enables us to provide a 10-year guarantee on all cabinetry.
We’re dedicated to ensuring that every cabinet reaches you in perfect condition, free from defects. All our machines are regularly serviced to ensure they work perfectly, every time. We inspect all our materials to make sure they meet our quality standards and are free from any faults, dents, blisters, corrosion or splintering. This quality check is repeated once we’ve completed production and we’ll also weigh each cabinet to ensure that it doesn’t exceed the maximum safe weight and can support the load it’s been designed to hold.
Attention to detail in manufacturing is what sets us apart from our competitors. We never use low-quality particle board as it warps under heavy weight and when exposed to moisture, creating problems for cabinets near sinks or taps. Instead, we use moisture-resistant MDF as a standard option.
We finish off MDF cabinets with a thin wood veneer and quality, two-pack painted finish. This allows us to offer our customers many different colour and style finishes, including laminated and coloured board, as well as wood grain.
We manufacture all our bench tops ourselves using Wilsonart Solid Surface, which is an affordably priced alternative to stone bench tops that can be refinished to remove score marks and other signs of long-term use.
We only use top-quality hardware from brands such as Stefano Orlati, Blum and Hafele. This includes our soft-close standard hinges, drawer runners, handles and LED recessed lights.
